Caroline Madden
Legal Assistant
At The Cloud Law Firm, Caroline supports clients throughout the trademark registration process, from conducting preliminary research to preparing and filing applications and monitoring deadlines. She drafts legal documents, conducts in-depth legal research, and assists in developing thoughtful strategies to protect and strengthen clients’ intellectual property portfolios. Caroline also plays a key role in client communications and administrative operations, helping ensure that matters move forward efficiently and with attention to detail.
For Caroline, protecting a brand’s intellectual property is about more than legal compliance. It is about safeguarding creativity, innovation, and the identity businesses work hard to build. She is passionate about helping companies secure and defend what makes them distinct in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
Caroline completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Maryland in 2020 and is currently in her final year at New York Law School, where she continues to focus on intellectual property law, with a particular emphasis on trademarks and brand protection.
